I recently studied for one month in China through Franklin Pierce’s China Intellectual Property Summer Institute. There, I joined students from three universities: Franklin Pierce, University of Milan, and Tsinghua University. A handful of students from US law schools across the country also joined the program. The experience was incredible and very memorable. Students enrolled in the program studied three main facets of intellectual property through key classes: Chinese Law and Legal System, Introduction to Chinese IP, Modern Copyright Issues, World Trade, US, EU and China Comparative IP protection. This is a clip I made during my stay in China. The videos were shot with a Flip Ultra HD (in 720p) and meshed with Flip Software (very easy to do!).
