Show about taking on a new identity?

About a year ago, I saw a show about successfully leaving your old life behind and taking on a new identity in a new city. The host was a black man, who "changed" his name to Michael (something) in the show. He talked about how we’re all on surveillance everywhere we go, how the government has the ability to understand our phone conversations while we’re in our cars due to sound waves shaking the windows, how we can be "spied on" through GPS systems in our cars and through our webcams on our computers. He even mentioned his "five cent fix" – cover your webcam up with a bandaid. But the main part I’m interested in is the part where he talked about purchasing a laptop and keeping it untrackable. There was some kind of software he mentioned, and I can’t remember what exactly it was.
The show was on either the History Channel or the Discovery Channel or a similar network.
Does anyone have any idea the name of this show? I’ve searched through lists of current and previous shows on both networks and have found nothing to fit this description. I believe his "new location" was set in Albuquerque, NM, and he went so far as to talk about how to get housing, a job, and groceries without risking giving away your true identification.
Any help would be much appreciated. I’d really like to see the show again. It was very educational.

Need help getting see my security cameras over the internet?

I have night owl security cameras. We set them up at a buisness i own and have internet and everything over there. I got them up annd running at my buisness. I even got on the internet there and it worked. But for some reason it wont let me view the cameras here even though i put in the same Ip adress, same media port, same password and downloaded the same software. I need help
