About a month ago I lost my Visa Check Card at Best Buy.Someone found it and used it. I was told to file a police report and the police would go to Best Buy, look at the video surveillance,then give me a copy of the police report.Then I take the police report to my bank showing I did not make the purchases,and the money would then be added back to my account.But someone told me that Best Buy only keeps video surveillance for a week.Does anyone have any information on this?I would appreciate any information.
