anyone knows a best software/applications that i can use for my webcam for recording for hours with low size even if the video quality/fps is not good and for surveillance and monitoring?

i only use "V-Gear Bee" however every time i use it my Window Theme well change into Classic Theme for compatibility mode cause im using Windows 7 64bit and V-Gear is not recording properly sometimes it stopped its self..i really need this kind of software for surveillance purpose
dont judge please im not in US or somewhere i am a Nurse and we have Medical Mission here in this small town were there’s a small internet-cafe and school haring a computer-tech would be possible to reach here on time or it well take 3-4 days to get here from nearest city and the surveillance thing is not for adult people but for the kids here were freely do some bad deeds and stuff and i don’t know much about computer so thats why i need help about surveillance software
